Project/Site Manager for Industrial Plants

In this role, you will take on the exciting responsibility of professionally managing projects and/or construction sites. Alongside the necessary project and work specifications, you will create an efficient schedule for your preparatory work and establish a strong organisational structure. You will have the opportunity to define, evaluate, and coordinate both technical and economic measures while supporting our clients in an advisory capacity and implementing key decisions in the project plan. Your contribution will be vital in facilitating effective communication with the client’s specialist departments.

You will monitor planned activities to ensure they are executed professionally and on time, all while adhering to the highest quality and safety standards. Your efforts will ensure a smooth flow of information and comprehensive documentation throughout all project phases.

We are looking for someone with a background as a technician (HF), engineer (FH), or relevant technical training, complemented by further qualifications in mechanical engineering or process engineering. Familiarity with at least one area of combustion technologies, wastewater treatment, or energy systems is essential. Your entrepreneurial flair and open communication style will help you thrive in our intercultural environment. We value independence and initiative, and you will find that you will spend about half of your working hours on-site at our facilities, utilising your skills with MS Project and MS Office programs.
